Q1: What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 10,000 pieces. However, it may vary depending on the bottle type and customization needs. For standard models, we may offer flexibility.
Q2: Can you provide custom bottle designs or OEM services?
Yes. We offer mold development for custom bottle shapes, colors, patterns, and logo embossing. OEM/ODM services are available.
Q3: What is your lead time for production and delivery?
For standard orders, the lead time is around 30–45 days after sample approval. Peak season or complex custom orders may take slightly longer.
Q4: Do you provide samples? Are they free?
Yes, we can provide free samples, but the shipping cost is at the buyer’s expense. For custom mold samples, a mold fee will apply.
Q5: What are your shipping methods?
We support sea freight, land transport, and air freight. Most orders are shipped by sea. We can assist with FOB or CIF terms based on your needs.
Q6: Do you also provide matching caps and packaging?
Yes. We offer a complete set including matching caps (aluminum, wood, plastic) and customized packaging such as gift boxes, cartons, and labels.
Q7: Do you have export experience?
Yes. We have years of export experience with clients from Europe, the US, Southeast Asia, and more. Multilingual support is available.
Q8: How do you ensure product quality?
We have a professional QC team and conduct thorough inspections (appearance, size, sealing, etc.) before shipment. Third-party inspection reports are also available upon request.
Q9: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept T/T (30% deposit, 70% before shipment). L/C and other payment methods can be discussed for long-term partners.
